1873 from 1866
This card showing 45 performers represented by the American Literary Bureau was issued in 1873 prior to Wilkie Collins's visit to the USA to read from his work. After a short time Collins fell out with the Bureau and got another agent but it still claimed to represent him. Collins, No.30, is in the 5th row three in from the left. The image is clearly taken from the 1866 portrait by Elliott and Fry.
