Dear listener,

Oh no, another government computer glitch. This time hundreds of thousands of people have been told they have a hole in their National Insurance contributions that could affect their pension. And asked to pay £371. But it's not true. The Revenue admits it's all been caused by a new computer system.

If you drive into the back of another car, it's assumed you're to blame. But you could be the victim of fake accident fraud. We are told that 400 gangs could be planning to stage 20,000 of them in the next 18 months.

If you live in an areas where there are no free cash machines, help may be on the way. The banks have agreed to install 600 in "cash-machine deserts" throughout the UK.

If you've already booked a flight which leaves after 1 February you could be asked for more money - to pay the extra passenger tax the chancellor announced last week. But do you have to pay it?

And who will win and who will lose from the pension changes announced this week? And who will advise them?

That's all in Money Box. Saturday at noon, Sunday at 9pm and anytime on the web. And there's more information on our website about these items now.

Best wishes,

Paul Lewis
