Dear listener,

More than a million customers of Norwich Union may be in line for a windfall. The company has more than £4bn which it can't use freely without their agreement. And it is prepared to pay them to get it. The people to benefit are those who have a with profits pensions or endowments policy bought originally from General Accident or Commercial Union. We look into what they might get and when they might get it.

A pensions expert accuses today's 50-somethings of grabbing too much for their pension - more than their parents got or their children can look forward to. He will tell us what they must give up.

Our reporter goes on a police raid on an alleged internet card fraudster and talks to the police about the latest developments in card crime.

And a government minister warns travel agents that they are selling insurance so badly he may impose regulation. The travel agents respond.

That's Money Box. Saturday at noon, Sunday at 9pm and anytime on the web and there's more information on our website about these items now.

Best wishes,

Paul Lewis
